BHC issues arrest warrants for Musharraf in Akbar Bugti murder case

The Balochistan Top Courtroom (BHC) on Monday issued bailable arrest warrants for former president Pervez Musharraf in a case concerning the alleged murder of former Baloch nationalist chief Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti.

A divisional bench of BHC handed this order all the way through listening to of evaluate petition difficult acquittal of the previous president via an Anti-Terrorism Courtroom in the case.

Justice Jamal Mandokhail and Justice Zaheeruddin Kakar heard a evaluate petition filed via Nawabzada Jamil Bugti, the son of Akbar Bugti.
