Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday responded to criticism aimed at an emotional press conference he addressed earlier this week.
“To those who don’t appreciate my tears; I pray u never have to experience the pain I’ve experienced, I pray u never have to shed such tears,” the chairman tweeted.
Earlier this week, Bilawal was in tears after he visited injured victims of the Quetta police academy attack at Civil Hospital.
In an emotional press conference outside the hospital, the PPP chief recounted how “BB came here to Balochistan despite being warned about security risks.”
“My family and the people of Balochistan share the same pain,” he said. “I am no ordinary politician. I am the son of BB. I am a victim of this terrorism.”
