Cache of weapons, ammunition recovered in Karachi's Baldia Town

Pakistan Rangers Sindh on Saturday recovered a large cache of weapons and ammunition from a house in Karachi’s Baldia Town area, a statement issued by the paramilitary force said.

The weapons were hidden under the floor of a house in Baldia Town’s Musharraf Colony and included one G3 rifle, five submachine guns, two 8mm rifles, 14 magazines and 5000 rounds.

According to the statement, the weapons were meant to be used for target killings and to conduct terrorism activities in the metropolis.
