IHC tells Pak-Turk petitioners to approach interior ministry over expulsion of staffers

Islamabad Top Courtroom on Thursday brushed aside a petition towards the expulsion of Pak-Turk staffers through Nov 20,
pronouncing that the petitioners will have to approach the interior ministry on this regard.

Justice Amir Farooq requested if the visa of any foreigner expires whilst in a rustic do they pass to the interior ministry for a visa extension or knock the doorways of the courtroom.

Pak-Turk Chairman Alamgir Khan and two different body of workers participants had approached the Ideal Courtroom in regards to the topic of the expulsion of staffers from the rustic and now not receiving an evidence concerning the refusal to prolong their visas.

Visa officer Muhammad Hafeez represented the interior ministry prior to the courtroom, to which the courtroom raised objections, asking why a joint secretary of the interior ministry used to be now not provide for the listening to.
