Peshawar High Court halts govt order to deport Pak-Turk school staff

Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday handed a keep order fighting the federal government from deporting Pak-Turk school officers.

A two-member bench of the PHC comprising Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Ikramullah heard a writ petition filed via scholars and fogeys of Pak-Turk faculties.

The petitioners maintained that the government had ordered the expulsion of academics due to a political factor which the academics had no reference to.

The writ petition discussed that there have been 26 Pak-Turk school campuses around the nation, through which round 11,000 scholars have been enrolled.

The PHC issued a keep order at the federal executive’s previous order of expulsion of staffers and issued a realize to the government to explain its stance at the factor.
